How we handle your data.

Anayuga is a product of NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC, a free zone company registered in Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under Trade License Number 262358332888. When you visit anayuga.com, sign up for our newsletter, buy our products, or contact us, NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC is the data controller for the personal data we collect about you.

We have not appointed a formal Data Protection Officer because we are a small operation. The point of contact for any privacy matter is contact@neuralchainhub.com.

This policy applies to anyone who interacts with Anayuga. That includes visitors to anayuga.com, subscribers to our newsletter, customers of our products, people who write to us, and people who join our waitlists.

Anayuga is for parents. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. More on this in the section on children and minors below.

We try to collect only what we need.

When you sign up for our newsletter or free guide, we collect your email address and your first name if you choose to share it.

When you buy a product through our website, payment is handled by Stripe or Gumroad. We do not see or store your card details. We receive a confirmation that the purchase happened and your email address so we can send you the product.

When you join a waitlist for the App, the Course, or the Bundle, we collect your email address and your first name if you choose to share it.

When you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, your email, the subject you chose, and your message.

When you visit any page on anayuga.com, we collect basic technical information. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, and which pages you viewed. Our hosting provider Vercel logs this as part of normal operations and stores it temporarily for security and operational purposes.

When you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregated information about how you used the site through Google Analytics 4. This includes pages visited, time spent, approximate location at the city level, and device type. These are linked together by anonymous identifiers stored in cookies named _ga and _ga_id. Google receives this data as our analytics processor.

We do not collect your financial details, your government ID numbers, your child's personal data, your medical information, or any sensitive personal data as defined under the UAE PDPL or other applicable laws.

Under the UAE PDPL, the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the India DPDP Act, we must tell you why we are processing your data and what gives us the right to do so. Here is the breakdown.

We process your email address and first name to send you the welcome guide, the weekly journal, and product updates you opted in to. We do this on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send you.

We process your purchase information to fulfill orders, deliver digital products, and provide customer support. We do this because it is necessary to perform our contract with you when you buy something.

We process your contact form submissions to reply to you. We do this on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in helping you.

We process basic server logs and security data to keep the site online, prevent abuse, and investigate problems. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.

We process Google Analytics data to understand which content works and how to improve the site. We do this on the basis of your consent. We only set the analytics cookies after you accept them on the cookie banner. If you decline, we do not process this data about you.

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence models. We do not process your data for any purpose other than what we describe here.

We hold on to your data only as long as we need to.

If you are subscribed to our newsletter, we keep your email and name until you unsubscribe.

If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your email and the unsubscribe event for 12 months. This is to honor your unsubscribe choice and prevent re adding you by mistake. After 12 months, we delete the row entirely.

If you are an inactive subscriber who has not opened or clicked an email in 24 months, we will email you to ask if you want to stay subscribed. If you do not respond within 30 days, we will unsubscribe you and start the 12 month deletion clock.

If you bought a product, we keep your purchase record for 7 years to meet UAE tax and accounting requirements. This is the only data we keep beyond your active relationship with us.

If you wrote to us through the contact form, we keep the message and our reply for 24 months in our email system.

If you accepted analytics cookies, Google Analytics retains the data for 14 months by default and then deletes it.

We work with a small set of trusted processors to run Anayuga. NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC is the named contracting party on a Data Processing Agreement with each of them, as required under the UAE PDPL, the EU GDPR, and equivalent frameworks. Each agreement obliges the processor to handle your data only on our instructions, keep it secure, and return or delete it when our relationship ends.

Resend handles email delivery for us. They are headquartered in the United States. They process your email address and the content of emails we send you.

Neon hosts our database. They are headquartered in the United States, with data stored in their Frankfurt European Union region. They process your email, your name, and your subscription state.

Vercel hosts our website. They are headquartered in the United States. They process your IP address and request logs.

Stripe processes payments on our website. They are headquartered in the United States and Ireland. When you buy something through Stripe, you are also subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

Gumroad processes payments on the Gumroad marketplace where some of our products are also listed. They are headquartered in the United States. When you buy on Gumroad, you are also subject to Gumroad's privacy policy.

Google processes anonymous site usage data through Google Analytics 4 if you have accepted analytics cookies. Google is headquartered in the United States.

We do not share your data with anyone other than these processors. We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to advertisers. We do not give it to data brokers.

We are based in the United Arab Emirates, but several of our processors are based outside the UAE. This means your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States, the European Union, and other locations where our processors operate.

The UAE PDPL, EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and India DPDP Act all require us to make sure your data is properly protected when it leaves the country where you live.

We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors and equivalent contractual safeguards to protect your data during international transfer. Where a processor is located in a country recognized as providing adequate protection, we rely on that adequacy decision.

You have rights over your personal data. The exact list depends on where you live. We honor all of these regardless of your location.

You can ask us to confirm whether we have any data about you, and to give you a copy of it.

You can ask us to correct anything we have that is wrong or out of date.

You can ask us to delete your data. We will delete it unless we are required by law to keep it, such as the 7 year tax records for purchases.

You can ask us to stop processing your data while we work through a question or complaint.

You can ask us to send you your data in a machine readable format so you can take it elsewhere.

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. If you object, we will stop unless we have an overriding reason to continue.

Where we process based on consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. The simplest way is to click unsubscribe in any email.

If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UAE, that is the UAE Data Office. In the EU, your country's data protection authority. In the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office. In India, the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@neuralchainhub.com with the subject Privacy Request and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will respond within 14 days.

We may need to verify your identity before completing some requests. We do this by replying to the email address we have on file for you, or by asking for additional verification if the request is unusual.

Anayuga is for parents. The content is written for adults raising children. The site is not designed for children, marketed to children, or attractive to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, in line with the UAE PDPL and the UAE Child Digital Safety Law (Federal Decree Law No. 26 of 2025).

When you sign up to anything on Anayuga, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

If you are based in the United States and you are under 13, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) gives you and your parents specific rights. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have done so, write to contact@neuralchainhub.com and we will delete it.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child has shared personal information with us, write to contact@neuralchainhub.com and we will delete it within 14 days.

When the Anayuga app launches, only parents will use it. Children will not have direct access to the app. We will never collect data from children through the app, and we will not use any child data for AI training.

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. We use them in two ways.

The first way is essential cookies. These are cookies that the site needs to function. They remember whether you have accepted the cookie banner, whether you are signed in to your account when we have one, and basic preferences. These cookies are always on. The law does not require consent for essential cookies.

The second way is analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This places cookies named _ga and _ga_id on your device for two years. We only set these cookies after you accept them on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in our footer.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, social media tracking pixels, or any other marketing technology. We do not run paid ads on Anayuga and we do not link our analytics to any advertising platform.

We take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

We store data only with processors that meet recognized security standards. We encrypt data in transit between your device and our servers using HTTPS. We encrypt our database at rest. We restrict access to subscriber data to only those who need it. We review our security setup periodically.

No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee that your data will never be exposed. If a security incident affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required by the UAE PDPL.

If we change anything material in this policy, we will email subscribers and update the date at the top of this page. Small clarifications and typos may be made without notice.
