Anayuga is operated by NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC, a free zone company registered in Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under Trade License Number 262358332888. Our registered address is PO Box 4848, Amber Gem Tower, 26th Floor, Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

In this document, "we," "us," and "our" mean NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC trading as Anayuga. "You" means you, the visitor, subscriber, or customer.

By visiting anayuga.com, subscribing to our newsletter, or buying our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.

You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to our newsletter, buy our products, or sign up for our services.

Anayuga is for parents. The content is written for adults raising children aged 6 to 16. We do not direct our content to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 in line with UAE PDPL and the UAE Child Digital Safety Law.

If you are signing up on behalf of a household, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

We publish books, printables, journals, planners, courses, and a mobile app focused on values based parenting. Some content is free. Some content is paid.

We aim to be useful and honest with everything we publish. We do not promise specific outcomes for your child or your family. Parenting is too personal for guarantees.

Anayuga is a parenting companion, not a substitute for professional advice. We do not give medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice. We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, counsellors, doctors, or lawyers. If your child or your family needs professional help, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

If you create an account in our app or course platform when these launch, you are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.

If you think someone else is using your account, write to contact@neuralchainhub.com so we can help you secure it.

You can close your account at any time by writing to us at contact@neuralchainhub.com.

We sell our products through two channels.

The first is Stripe. When you buy directly on anayuga.com, payment is processed by Stripe. The merchant of record for these purchases is NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC. Your contract for the purchase is with us.

The second is Gumroad. Some of our products are also listed on the Gumroad marketplace. When you buy on Gumroad, the merchant of record is NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC, but Gumroad's terms and refund policies also apply to your purchase.

By buying, you agree to the terms of the payment provider you use, in addition to ours.

All prices on anayuga.com are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. UAE Value Added Tax at 5% may be added at checkout for purchases by UAE residents, in accordance with UAE tax law. Your receipt will show the VAT breakdown if applicable.

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. Our refund policy is straightforward.

For digital products bought directly on anayuga.com, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the product file. To request a refund, email contact@neuralchainhub.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days.

For products bought through Gumroad, refund requests are handled through Gumroad's standard refund process. We honor Gumroad's refund timeline.

For workshops and live sessions when these launch, refunds are available up to 7 days before the session date. After that, the session is non refundable, although we will work with you on rescheduling where possible.

For ongoing subscriptions when these launch, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro rata refunds for partial periods.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the UAE, EU, UK, or your jurisdiction. If your local consumer law gives you stronger refund rights than this policy, those stronger rights apply.

Everything published under the Anayuga brand belongs to NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC unless we say otherwise. This includes the website copy, journal articles, product PDFs, images, audio, video, and the brand name itself.

The book 50 Ways and all derivative works are copyright Mridula Praveen 2026. All other Anayuga content is copyright NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC 2026.

You can share quotes from our work with credit and a link back. You can use our content for personal reflection and family use. You can print our digital products for your own household use.

You cannot republish, resell, or redistribute our work without written permission. You cannot modify our work and pass it off as your own. You cannot use our work for commercial purposes. You cannot use our content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without our explicit written permission.

If you are unsure whether your intended use is allowed, write to contact@neuralchainhub.com and ask.

If you write to us, fill out a form, comment, or submit anything to us, you keep ownership of what you sent.

By sending it to us, you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for. For example, if you write to us asking a question, you give us permission to read your message and reply.

We will not publish your name, photo, story, or message details publicly without your explicit written permission.

To make sure we do not mislead anyone, here is what Anayuga is not.

We are not a therapy service or counselling service. We are not licensed mental health practitioners.

We are not a medical service. We do not give health advice.

We are not a legal service. We do not give legal advice.

We are not an educational institution. We do not award certificates, qualifications, or formal credentials.

We are not a child facing service. Children are not direct users of Anayuga.

We are not an emergency service. If you are facing a crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

If you are facing a family crisis, child safety concern, abuse situation, or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or appropriate professional support. In the UAE, the emergency number is 999. Anayuga is not equipped to support crisis situations.

We work hard to keep the site online and the content right. But we cannot promise the site will always be online, that everything will always work perfectly, or that the content will be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralChain Hub FZC LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses you suffer because of a bug, an outage, content you disagreed with, or a decision you made based on our content.

This does not limit any liability we have under UAE law, your statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction, or for any harm we cause through gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

If you bought a digital product and we cannot deliver it, we will refund you in full. That is the basic remedy you can expect from us at minimum.

Anayuga uses third party services to operate. These include payment processors (Stripe, Gumroad), email delivery (Resend), database hosting (Neon), site hosting (Vercel), and analytics (Google).

When you interact with these third party services, their terms also apply. We have done our best to choose reputable providers, but we are not responsible for their actions or service availability.

Your privacy is important to us. We explain how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy at anayuga.com/privacy.

By using Anayuga, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

If we change these terms in any meaningful way, we will email our subscribers and update the date at the top of this page.

Small clarifications and typos may be made without notice.

If you continue to use Anayuga after we update the terms, you accept the updated version. If you do not agree with the changes, you can unsubscribe and stop using the site.

You can end your agreement with us at any time by unsubscribing from our newsletter, deleting your account when accounts exist, and stopping use of the site.

We can end your agreement with you if you breach these terms, attempt to abuse our service, or use Anayuga for purposes that conflict with our values or with applicable law. If we end the agreement, we will tell you why where possible.

Refunds for products you have already paid for follow the refund policy above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Before any legal proceedings, we ask you to write to contact@neuralchainhub.com to try to resolve any dispute through good faith conversation. Most disagreements can be sorted out this way.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through conversation, the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any legal proceedings, except where your local consumer protection law gives you a different mandatory forum.
