How refunds work.

Our promise

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If something is not right, we want to make it right.

This page explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long it takes.

Refunds for digital products

If you bought a digital product on anayuga.com (such as the 50 Ways book, the Complete Bundle, or any individual printable), you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the product file.

If you have already downloaded the file, we cannot offer a refund. This is because digital products cannot be returned the way physical products can. Once downloaded, the file is yours to keep.

To request a refund, write to contact@neuralchainhub.com with your order number from the Stripe receipt email, the product name, and a brief reason for the request.

We will reply within 7 days and process eligible refunds within a further 7 days. The full refund will appear on the original payment method.

Refunds for products bought through Gumroad

Some of our products are also listed on the Gumroad marketplace. If you bought from Gumroad, refund requests are handled through Gumroad's standard refund process.

Gumroad's refund window and policy apply. We honor whatever timeline Gumroad sets for the product.

To request a Gumroad refund, log in to your Gumroad account and use their support process, or write to contact@neuralchainhub.com and we will help you.

Refunds for workshops and live sessions

When live workshops and sessions launch in the future, the refund policy will work as follows.

If you cancel up to 7 days before the session date, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 7 days of the session date, no refund is available, but we will help you reschedule to a future session if space is available.

If you do not attend after the session date has passed, no refund is available.

This policy reflects the cost of holding a seat for you and the difficulty of filling that seat last minute.

Refunds for ongoing subscriptions

When subscription products launch in the future, the refund policy will work as follows.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to contact@neuralchainhub.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Defective or undelivered products

If you bought a product and we cannot deliver it (the file is missing, the download link is broken, the product is incomplete), we will fix the problem or refund you in full, even outside the 14 day window.

Write to contact@neuralchainhub.com and tell us what happened. We treat these cases as priority.

Your statutory rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If your local consumer protection law gives you stronger refund rights than this policy (for example, distance selling rights in the EU and UK), those stronger rights apply.

If you are a consumer in the UAE, the EU, the UK, India, or any jurisdiction with consumer protection laws, your local rights are protected.
